The beauty of the Sunshine Coast is that there is always so much to do – or so little to do if you prefer!

Coverdales Bed and Breakfast is central to most attractions on the Sunshine Coast, located on the serene outskirts of the hinterland township of Eumundi.

Historic Eumundi Township

Eumundi is one of the Sunshine Coast’s hidden treasures.

A colonial Queensland village dating back to 1850 set just outside Noosa, Eumundi is a quaint little haven offering the perfect day out.

Lively but laidback, the small, historic town of Eumundi in the Noosa hinterland has become famous for its market, as well as its art galleries, restaurants, shops, pubs and local produce.

Visit the town on Wednesday or Saturday and you will find the popular Original Eumundi Market in full swing. Famous for its catch-cry of make it, bake it, design it, sew it or grow it, the market attracts thousands of shoppers who wander through the walkways and inspect wares for sale at over 500 stalls.
Eumundi’s main street is lined with historic buildings housing original and unique shops, galleries, quirky boutiques and fair trade and environmentally friendly products. Find a table at a café serving up local produce or head to a popular venue where local, national and overseas musicians perform regularly.

15 kilometres east, is the famous Noosa area including Hastings Street, Noosaville and Sunshine Beach. All offering designer shops, restaurants, cafes, pristine beaches, crystal clear rivers and plenty of tourist attractions such as guided tours to local wineries, Fraser Island and eco tours to name but a few.

30 kilometres west is the historic town of Kenilworth famous for its cheeses and ice-cream. The scenic drive to the Kenilworth Cheese Factory which is open on the weekends is well worth a visit. The township also offers quaint rustic shops and cafes to explore and indulge in at your leisure.

Continue your scenic drive up through the Blackall Ranges to the artistic, picturesque market towns of Montville, Maleny and Mapleton.
The Hinterland is famous for it’s gourmet food, friendly people and some of the most amazing mountain scenery in Queensland.

Surfing, canoeing, kayaking, horse-riding, mountain biking, kite-boarding and jet-skiing are also available for the more adventurous.

Or simply relax and soak up the ambience on our quiet verandah with a glass of wine, or perhaps enjoy a private stroll exploring the property and wildlife.
